About

Belhus Properties are thrilled to be hosting the biggest property show in Essex at Colchester Charter Hall.

Our vision is to bring the local community together, to help support local businesses and help those in the area who may need help and advice about anything and everything property related.

Whether you are a first time buyer, new landlord, experienced investor, looking to buy a second home or simply curious and have questions then this is the place for you. Here you can gain advice from experienced local professionals who will be on hand to guide you.

A special 'speak to the experts' hub will give you the opportunity to book a slot to speak privately to a local expert on the day. There will be LIVE talks and demonstrations to share insider tips and tricks, over 100 stands displaying everything from home, garden and interior and an area where you can sit, chill and enjoy some tasty treats!

Get inspired about the latest trends, find out how best to decorate, renovate and enjoy the ultimate shopping experience for your home!
