Step back in time and immerse yourself in the thrill and majesty of medieval jousting at Hedingham Castle this August Bank Holiday, for our final joust of the year!

Join us for an unforgettable spectacle as the Knights of Albion take to the field for the very first time at Hedingham, showcasing their skill, courage and chivalry as they battle it out to be proclaimed champion and knight of all knights!

Take part in many medieval pursuits including archery, axe throwing and mechanical horse riding. Visit the Medieval Village and witness authentic crafts of olde including smithing, weaving, flour making and a whole lot more. Eden Falconry will be back with their beautiful birds of prey and make sure to explore the Castle and grounds to learn all about Hedingham's 900-year-long history.

Refuel at one of the food stalls, serving a variety of hot and cold fayre, and browse some lovely artisan merchant stalls for a memento of the day. A unique and exciting day out for the whole family!

Gates open at 10am each day, with the first Joust starting at approximately midday and the second Joust starting at approximately 3pm.
