Green Travel

Part of the excitement of arriving beside the seaside is getting there! 

These days we no longer travel by charabanc on our trips to the coast but we challenge you to arrive by public transport and, if possible, avoid your car to help the environment.  It can sometimes take a bit longer but the fun of a family train or bus journey where you can chat and play games, rather than concentrating on the traffic jams, is worth the effort.  Also, you might be able to cycle or walk to the coast if you live near enough.
