As the official tourism organisation for Essex, we are here to help local businesses within the industry reach their full potential. A membership with Visit Essex provides you access to a range of benefits including marketing and press opportunities, staff training, local industry news, and other great resources. Our current members consist of amazing restaurants, attractions such as theme parks and zoos, hotels, and so much more across the county of Essex. We are here to help improve tourism for our county by connecting with and assisting local businesses, small and large, to achieve their business goals, and to raise awareness of the amazing things that Essex has to offer both locals and visitors.

We have a wonderful team with extensive knowledge and expertise within PR, communications, customer service, digital marketing, and PR who are always available during business hours for members to contact regarding business support. As a member of VisitEngland’s Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) programme, Visit Essex have access to resources and stakeholders that allow us to shape and grow the visitor economy for Essex better than ever before through a newly developed destination management plan and available government funding streams.

Our Memberships

We currently offer two different levels of membership with Visit Essex, referred to as Silver and Gold.
