Towns and Villages in Brentwood

You might already be familiar with the town of Brentwood thanks to the ITV show ‘The Only Way is Essex’. Aside from the clubs, restaurants and boutique shops in Brentwood’s high street, there are plenty of towns and villages to explore across the district. 

Despite its proximity to London, Brentwood has numerous country parks and leafy villages to explore. From Thorndon Country Park in Warley, to Weald Country Park in Brentwood.

For history lovers, take a trip to Ingatestone and visit the 16th Century manor, Ingatestone Hall, or discover the history of Brentwood at Brentwood museum.

Take a stroll around rural picture postcard villages, such as Mountnessing which features the fully restored Mountnessing Post windmill.
