Our artisan products contain only the highest quality local and seasonal ingredients for our award winning products which are delivered to the finest establishments throughout East Anglia.  

Our range of ice cream and sorbet flavours celebrate traditional flavours with a modern twist, using old fashoined techniques to make 'proper' ice cream!

We supply tourist attractions, theatres, museums, farm shops,  hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs and you won't find us in supermarkets, making our products highly sought after.

Our small factory is situated in the heart of Saffron Walden on a farm estate and our ethos is all about supporting and promoting the local economy and other like minded small businesses, and the amazing produce which this area has to offer.
