Our Standard Day Delegate Package Includes:

Full day room hire - LCD projector, screen and flip chart, pens and paper, tea and coffee with pastries on arrival. tea and coffee with biscuits mid-morning, two-course lunch, tea and coffee with cake or fruit platter in the afternoon, free onsite parking and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi.

 

Devora Suite - Up to 400 Guests

The Devora is the largest and most prestigious of our function rooms featuring a full-length balcony to the south, which immediately overlooks the golf courses. There is also a very large south- and west-facing terrace adjoining the Devora Suite that enjoys sunshine for most of the day and evening in summer and which can accommodate up to 300 guests for pre-dinner drinks or a barbeque. The Devora Suite and Constable bar combined can hold up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style arrangement.

Constable Rooms - Up to 200 Guests

The Constable Rooms are made up of two different rooms with soundproofing dividing walls to separate each one, meaning you can host a smaller meeting in one or a bigger meeting in all four. One of the Constable Rooms, the Haywain offers a fully stocked bar facility and all four rooms have terrace access and air conditioning.

Honey Tye - Up to 60 Guests

Located in the centre of our Apple Tree lodges, Honey Tye is a light open space ideal for hosting smaller meetings with tranquil surroundings.

With floor-to-ceiling windows and ample natural daylight, Honey Tye is perfect as a space for a wedding reception, intimate private dinner, well-being retreat or corporate boardroom.
