About

We are a nature orientated, award winning, distillery based in Stebbing. We take inspiration from our Organic family farm (in Little Canfield) to produce a range of spirits that not only taste fabulous, but also promote and support bio-diversity on the farm encouraging nature to thrive!

After 18-months of recipe development, we launched our first gin, "Heartwood of Oak Moor Meadow" in September 2022. This gin celebrates the typical English Meadow, and captures "The Spirit of the Countryside" through its carefully selected botanicals, eleven of which are found in the landscape of "Oak Moor Meadow"!

We hold regular Distillery Open Days that feature a local maker's market, as well as Distillery Tours, Tastings & Gin School! We also offer Tastings & Cocktail Sessions off-site at different venues & can regularly be found at events and markets throughout the County!
