About

Whether you are looking for a round of golf, golf day or a golf break getaway, Stoke by Nayland Resort's championship courses are the ultimate destination.

Our Gainsborough and Constable courses were both created in the early ’70s and named after two local famous artists, Thomas Gainsborough and John Constable. Our courses are well-established and include the challenges of lakes, streams and woodland. They have also played host to major national and international championships such as the PGA Europro Tour, European Senior Tour PGA Seniors Championships, European Challenge Tour (The English Challenge) and the Ladies European Tour Access Series!

The 4-star award-winning Stoke by Nayland Resort is situated in 300 acres of rolling countryside, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The resort is ideally positioned in the middle of the Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Colchester triangle and is only 45 minutes from the M25 and Stansted Airport.
