The village of Langford lies a few miles to the north west of the picturesque market town of Maldon. The village features the Langford Museum of Power, a guest house and St. Giles' Church. The village has plenty of walks due to its close location to the Chelmer and Blackwater river trail.

Langford is close to Maldon, Hatfield Peveral, Witham and Chelmsford.
