The Chappel Winter Festival is back again for 2025. With over 70 cask ales + Ciders & Perry. Held in the Unique Chappel Goods Shed, part of the East Anglian Railway Museum at Chappel & Wakes Colne Station.

This is probably the only Beer Festival where a working National Rail Station is actually within the same site, making travel to and from by train very easy. The station, Chappel & Wakes Colne, is on the Marks Tey to Sudbury branch line, operated by Greater Anglia. Hourly service to Sudbury and to Marks Tey (for connection to through trains to London Liverpool Street, Colchester, Clacton & Ipswich). Last train to Sudbury is 23:07 and last train to Marks Tey 23:38 (last train with connections towards London 22:39)

As in recent years this event is ticket only, with tickets sold on first come first served basis.
