About

Enjoy a Coronation weekend tasting menu at Driftwood including salmon jerky from Lambton & Jackson Smokehouse, Kelvedon asparagus, line caught cod and poached pairs. English wine pairings also available.

Whether you're looking for a quick coffee before work or a relaxing lunch with friends, Driftwood is the perfect hangout. With its relaxed coastal vibe, inspired by Maldon's location on the Blackwater estuary, there's something for everyone. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Driftwood serves a range of breakfasts, incuding full English, and lunches such as paninis, toasted sandwiches, quiche and salads. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Beer and wine is served from 11am.

We are dog-friendly, with complimentary biscuits, water and beds available for your four-legged friends. For those of you on the go, we offer food and drinks to take away with a discount provided for using your own reusable drinks cup.
