Our popular Diesel Gala returns for 2022 – all of our home fleet of diesels will be in action, this includes the Diesel Railbus, Class 101 DMU, Class 04, WD, Number 23 and AMW144. Our miniature railway will also be in operation. We will be offering unlimited rides with passenger and freight trains, and also undertaking a range of shunting, demonstrations as well as double and triple heading trains.

We operate unlimited rides between 10.30 – 15.30, the Museum opens at 10am right through until 5pm.

Check out our working Restoration Shed, the magnificent Victorian Goods Shed, period Waiting Rooms & Signal Box as well as the Heritage Centre & Train themed Childrens Playground, our site of over 10 acres is ideal if you would like to bring your own picnic.

EVENT TIMETABLE
Our trains run all day long with no fixed timetable from 10.30 to 15.30, and you can have as many rides as you like, whenever you like. We open at 10.00 and close at 17.00.

 Platform Two Café will be open for business as usual, along with The Viaduct pub, which will be serving a range of bottled beers, ciders, and wine
