About

Glenn will share his expert wisdom and infectious enthusiasm, teaching you to identify the common medicinal plants growing just outside your back door.

Immerse your senses and experience the various uses of these common plants. Taste some wild forest teas foraged from the estate, smell and try examples of herbal balms handmade from medicinal plants.

After a hot drink and cake Glenn will demonstrate how to make cordage from nettle fibre and the brave can have a go at this ancient craft!

Please bring gardening gloves for handling of nettles. A non-stinging option will be available. Take home your own piece of traditional cord.
