The concert showcases our Orpheus Young Artist 2021 Imogen Whitehead, whose virtuosity and eloquent phrasing will bring Haydn’s Trumpet Concerto to life. Orlando Jopling will take us through the powerful emotional landscapes of Sibelius’s 2nd symphony, in Iain Farrington’s brilliant re-orchestration.
