Return to  the year 1648 and the English Civil War,  to a Colchester under siege from General Fairfax and the Parliamentarian Army.

Your guide will bring the sights and sounds of this dramatic period to life, while exploring how the siege has left its mark on buildings across the town.

Child FREE but must be accompanied by a paying adult (0-15 years)

Numbers on the tour are limited and advance booking is strongly advised.

Tours are suitable for all ages, however due to the historic nature of some of the sites patrons with access requirements are advised to contact the Visitor Information Centre in advance and the suitability of the tour can be advised, or appropriate adjustments made.

This tour will start at Colchester Visitor Information Centre in Castle Park.
