About

Join Wilderthorn for an IMMERSE performance in the Chapel of St Peter-on-the-wall.

This historic site (dating from 654–662) was founded by St Cedd, a missionary from the Holy island of Lindisfarne and is documented as one of the oldest, if not the oldest church in Britain.

Expect a meditative live music experience of improvised, etherial sounds and atmospheric textures led by Wilderthorn's emotive voice.

Be sure to bring a blanket, mat or cushion to sit and lie back on to bathe in the sound.

Also bring a torch with you for the journey back.

Depending on the weather, there may be an opportunity for us to spend some time on the beach, which the Chapel looks out on to, as part of the evening so be sure to dress accordingly.
