Hylands Estate is a prestigious Grade II* listed public park encompassing 574 acres of historic parkland. The beautifully renovated Neo-Classical elegant villa Hylands House can be hired for any occasion including Weddings, Celebrations and Business Events and is open to the public on select days. 

The Stables offers a welcoming café, information point, second-hand bookshop and Artist Studios and shop, featuring items made at Hylands.

Within the park there are formal Victorian Gardens and ancient woodlands that are accessible as well as an award winning accessible children’s Adventure Playground. Every day of the year, you can learn more about the history of the Estate with our Multimedia History & Gardens Tour. Stop by The Stables Information Point to borrow a headset, or scan the QR codes on the sign posts with your smart phone. 

Join us for our Open Estate Days every third Sunday of the month and discover a list of seasonal events both within the House and the Park.
