Enjoy over 500 acres of woodland, lakes, meadows, open grassland and spectacular views at Weald Country Park. The park is famous for its wildlife, including fallow deer, cattle, herons, mallard ducks and other water birds. 


The Wigley Bush Cafe serves hot food such as delicious soups with rolls, toasted teacakes and crumpets, cream teas, sandwiches, paninis, ice creams and hot and cold drinks. You can also enjoy seasonal hot drinks like speciality lattes, luxury hot chocolates and mulled punch.
 

You can fish at the park every day during park opening hours (night fishing is forbidden). Fishing requires a permit and an Environment Agency rod license (from ages 12+).
