About
Join us at Weald Country Park for the Stick Man Play Trail. Designed by leading natural play specialists Infinite Playgrounds, it brings the popular book by Julia Donaldson to life. In the story, Stick Man has many adventures in his journey to return home to his family tree. We hope that the trail will help children and their families enjoy challenging and imaginative play.
The permanent trail is approximately 1.4km in length and features climbing frames, slides, swings. Meet six of the characters and animals in a beautiful park setting. Including Stick Man tree, squirrel, swan, rabbit and frog. Start from Weald visitor centre car park and head down towards the lake. Take a right at the lake and keep going round.
Purchase a trail map from the visitor centre car park for 80p.
Total distance approximately 1.4km. All on surfaced paths suitable for pushchairs and buggies.
The Stick Man play trail is open to everyone and free to use during park opening hours throughout the year. There is a charge for car parking but costs go back towards maintaining the park and protecting its wildlife. Customers are encouraged to pay online for car parking using MiPermit.
