About
Saffron Grange Vineyard has launched a limited number of family-friendly vineyard tours and tastings this August. Geared up specifically for families, these tours will be relaxed but still offer an educational insight into viticulture, wine-making and wine-tasting. Each adult ticket includes the vineyard tour & a tutored sparkling wine tasting. Children will receive an activity leaflet on arrival to complete during the tour. There will also be a juice tasting for the children to enjoy while the adults take part in the wine tasting.

Road Directions
Please bear in mind the postcode may take you to a different location so please search for 'Saffron Grange Vineyard' or use 'Rowley Hill Farm'
From Cambridge (the North):
Leave Cambridge via the Babraham Road passing Addenbrookes Hospital and the Babraham Park and Ride
Join the A1307 (Cambridge Road) following signs to Linton
At Linton turn right onto the B1052 continuing through Hadstock and Little Walden towards Saffron Walden
Saffron Grange Vineyard at Rowley Hill Farm will be on your right about 400 yards after you go over a small, hump bridge – look out for the white picket fence and the Saffron Grange sign!
From the South (including Saffron Walden):
Exit the M11 at junction 9 (signposted Newmarket / Norwich / A11)
Briefly follow the A11 and exit at junction 9a signposted Saffron Walden
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1303 and stay on the B184 / Walden Road for about 4.5 miles
As you enter Saffron Walden look out for the Eight Bells pub on your left and then turn a sharp left onto Castle Street shortly afterwards
At the end of the road turn left again onto Little Walden Rd / B1052 and follow the road for just over 1 mile, a short distance after passing the last row of houses on your left – if you go over a small, hump bridge, you have gone too far
Saffron Grange Vineyard at Rowley Hill Farm will be on your left – look out for the white picket fence!
As you enter Rowley Hill Farm, drive through the electric, black gates which will open automatically as you approach.
Take the first right and follow the gravel road all the way down to the wooden winery building.
Public Transport Directions
Audley End train station is the closest train station and most buses will drop off at the High Street. From both these points, the vineyard is a 5 minute taxi ride.
