Christmas Market in Finchingfield

About

Christmas in Finchingfield is always special. But, this year it will be more special than ever, with the village bursting back into life after the challenges of last Christmas. There will be a Christmas Market starting at 11am on Saturday 4th December and running through until 5pm on Sunday 5th. There will be a variety of stallholders - all small local businesses - food & drink, gifts, crafts and more in two locations, behind The Fox on the Green pub and in the Finchingfield Guildhall.

Saturday evening will see Finchingfield's double gold medal winning Olympic World Champion Bethany Shriever switching on Finchingfield's unique Christmas lighting display this year. The 'Big Switch-on' of the unique middle-of-the pond Christmas tree lights will start from 5.30pm on Saturday 4th December. Along with the lighting you can expect a candle lit procession, carols and live music.

Great food and drink will be available from Finchingfield's pubs and restaurants over the weekend, including pizza from The Finchingfield Lion, street food from The Fox on the Green, and Christmas treats from Winners and Picture Pot tea rooms.

And on Sunday the Christmas market will be joined by 'Brown Bread' supplying their lovely freshly baked bread, cakes and pastries.

Finchingfield looks forward to welcoming you all this Christmas.
