The event features 300 fund-raising entrants, all of whom will be raising money for charities.
As the event grows, Maldon Mud Race are expanding the event to include a Duck Race, Fancy Dress Competition and a wide range of stalls with snacks and promotional gifts.
Nearly 20,000 people attend the last event so Maldon Mud Race are hoping to raise even more money for charity this year.
