Enjoy an energising weekend of wide-ranging wellbeing sessions and outdoor activities with expert instructors at the purpose-built Essex Outdoors centre on the coast, on the island of Mersea.

Perfect for adults and young adults (age 14+) who would like to try different activities to increase their wellbeing, mental health and find their fit with expert instructors in a safe and attractive environment.

Weekend ticket: Friday to Sunday

Includes; six meals, full programme of activities and two nights (Friday and Saturday) accommodation based on a shared, heated cabin.

Weekend ticket: £155 (single occupancy cabin supplement +£20).
