The suite has facilities to host events for up to 150 guests. There is plenty of open space too, folding doors and a retractable roof are perfect on a beautiful sunny day. Although the suite is ideal for the summer, it also caters for all types of weather, equipped with underfloor and overhead heating to keep you warm on a cold day.

Road Directions
From the M25 take either Junction 29 (A127) or Junction 30 (A13). Follow the signs until you hit the beach! There are ample car parking facilities in and around the town centre including metred road parking minutes from the entrance.
Public Transport Directions
Both Southend Central (C2C) and Southend Victoria are within easy walking distance from Sands by the Sea. Southend Central is operated by the C2C line and is a 10 minute walk from the station through the High street.
