Braintree Street Market event in 2019.

About

Braintree Street Market is back for 2021, right in the centre of the town centre, where a string of stalls line the street selling an incredible range of produce including traditional fudge, meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, cakes, chilli oils and sauces and a selection of wine, beers, ciders and spirits.

For those looking to spruce up their home or treat themselves or their loved ones, you can also browse local handmade giftware, clothing, crafts and wall art prints.

The markets will be on the last Saturday of each month, with additional dates over the Christmas period as COVID legal restrictions have now lifted. The Council will gradually start inviting more traders back to encourage more people back into the town centre, to spend time, socialise and help boost trade for local businesses.
