About

How can we use all of our senses to draw? Did you know that most people only look at art and objects for 8 seconds before moving on? Can you draw something you can't see? How do you draw what something smells like?

Come and join us for our Slow Art Sensory Challenge where use all of our senses before we draw. Challenge your memory and senses, challenge your adult to discover with you, talk about what you see and wonder about the life of the objects. Recommended for primary school aged children, 4 and over.

Sessions take place at 10:30am and 2pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the Easter holidays.

Admission: One free adult per child/attendee, additional adults pay the museum admission fee of £4 unless they hold a membership.
