About

We've probably all picked and eaten a blackberry along the hedgerow but how many of us pick wild mushrooms for soup, make tea from nettles or produce tinctures from woodland plants? Foraging has become very popular in recent years. So for anyone with an interest in this fascinating subject, going back to the dawn of mankind, this talk and demonstration is for you. Join Tim Wells of Wethersfield Eco Centre as he imparts his knowledge gained over 30 years of living on the land.
