About

Olly Murs will be returning to Colchester Castle Park on Sunday 27th August 2023.

In what is going to be a 'bigger, better and louder' gig for his hometown show, Olly Murs is "back with a fresh mind, fresh enthusiasm and fresh confidence" with his brand-new tour 'Marry Me'.

Having been all over our screens recently as host of ITV's Starstruck, as well as returning as a coach on The Voice, Murs returns to the artist world, having been off the radar for over four years.

In what will be his seventh album of his career, 'Marry Me' released on the 2nd of December, will be his most consistent, ambitious, punchiest, poppiest – and, in places, proudly soppiest – album yet.

With four number one singles and four number one albums in a near-back-to-back run after bursting onto the scene from X Factor in 2009, Murs can't wait to be back performing next year stating "I'm in the best place I've been in my life meaning that I can give my fans the best version of me. And this album is the best version of that."

Olly Murs will also be joined by very special guests Scouting For Girls. Friends since they were five years old, the band members Roy Stride, Pete Ellard, and Greg Churchouse shot to fame with their 2007 self-titled debut album. Having released generation-bridging anthems such as 'She's So Lovely', 'Elvis Ain't Dead' and 'Heartbeat', fans are going to be in for a real celebration next summer
