Celebrate the season by creating your very own Easter cards on 8 April in one of two sessions from 10:30 AM to noon or 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM!
Join us for a fun and creative crafting session where you'll design beautiful, personalised cards to share with friends and family. Whether you're adding a pop of colour with flowers, bunnies, or Easter messages, this hands-on activity is perfect for all ages.
This event is included as part of Hollytrees admission. No booking is needed. Just head up to the Education Room to start crafting!

To reach Colchester by road, exit the A12 at junction 27 and follow the signs to the city centre.
There are spaces for disabled badge holders by Castle Park in Museum Street, and places in the High Street.
Parking is available in the nearby Priory Street and Britannia car parks, which are just a few minutes from Colchester Castle, Hollytrees Museum and Natural History Museum. For more information, visit www.colchester.gov.uk/parking for all Colchester's car parks.
Colchester Castle is signed up to the MiPermit Discounts scheme. Visitors using the MiPermit app will receive £1 off their parking when purchasing two adult entry tickets or one family entry ticket.
Public Transport Directions
Train
Colchester is just 58 minutes on the main train line from London or Norwich. Arriving at Colchester Main station, the museums are just a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride to the city centre.
Arriving at Colchester Town station the museums are a 10 minute walk, up Queens Street and St Botolphs Street.
Bus
The museums are a 10 minute walk from the main bus station on Osborne Street.
