About

The Strong Women Treks are a series of 22km charity hikes bringing like-minded women together to embrace nature, challenge themselves and make new connections.

Bring a friend and join us for the Strong Women Trek in Epping Forest. It's the perfect opportunity to set time aside outdoors and spend time doing something truly fulfilling and worthwhile.

The route end with a finisher's medal, an amazing goody bag and a chance to chill in the event village. Feel free to bring your dogs along for the fun too!
