On Wednesday 8th May, take part in a FREE Nordic Walking session on Anglia Ruskin University's Writtle's campus.

The session is run by the experienced team at British Nordic Walking and uses poles to work both your upper and lower body. Poles are provided - just wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable trainers!
